Diagnosis day
For a long time, I knew something wasn’t right, but I didn’t have the words for it. Getting diagnosed with major depressive disorder gave me clarity, but it also brought fear, questions, and a whole new chapter of my life.

The manic spiral
Mania isn’t just “feeling good” or “extra energy” — it was one of the hardest, scariest experiences of my life. I lost sleep, lost control, and watched myself become someone I didn’t recognize. This post shares what that episode was like for me, how it affected my relationships, and what I’m learning as I recover and reflect.

Feeling unseen
Mental illness doesn’t just affect you — it changes how people treat you, too. I’ve often felt like my pain was invisible, around family and friends. This post is about what it’s like to feel unsupported by the people who are supposed to understand you most, and why that silence hurts more than people realize.

18 & healing
Being 18 already comes with pressure. Add mental illness, and everything gets heavier. In this post, I talk about what it’s been like balancing school, recovery, and self-discovery all at once. It’s not easy, but I’m learning that healing isn’t about perfection. It’s about trying again, every day.

What helps me get through it
Living with depression and bipolar disorder means that no two days feel exactly the same. Some mornings are heavy, and some nights feel endless — but over time, I’ve learned to build little routines and moments that help me stay grounded
